Outfit Of The Day New York 10 is a women's minimalist style clothing brand, delivering classic design in modern aesthetic. With gentle tailoring in a sophisticated color palette, OOTD NEW YORK 10 aims to present subtle luxe and premium quality clothing at an approachable price point.

In an effort to stay sustainability conscious, we launch a limited amount of new arrivals each season and take pre-orders to reduce waste.

"10" from our company name, Outfit Of The Day New York 10 represents our pledge to donate 10% of sales to charities. 

 

FAQs

1. WHAT IS A PREORDER? 
In an effort to preempt waste, most of the items are made-to-order at OOTD NEW YORK 10. Once you place a preorder, your item goes into production. This helps prevent overproduced or unwanted stock going to landfill and help fight the climate crisis. 


2. WHEN WILL MY PREORDER BE SHIPPED?
Estimated shipping date is provided on product pages for each round of preorder. Please note that actual shipping date my vary. You will receive updates in your email when your shipment is being made, packed, or shipped. You can always contact us for any questions about your shipment schedule. 


3. CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM?
You are welcome to return your item (including preordered items) within 14 days after receiving your order for a full refund (all U.S. orders and international orders over $125). Please contact us or email us at ootdnewyork10@gmail.com to receive a return label. Any product you return must be in same condition you received it with all tags attached. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in any way. Please note that we provide one free return label for each order and any further returns will be subject to return fees. 4. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OF A PURCHASED ITEM?
A full refund id provided when you return your item (including preordered items) within 14 days after receiving your order. Once you request a return, we will email you the return label. Once your item is returned to us in the same condition it was shipped with all tags attached, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method.


5. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can exchange an item with any of our available products of the equal value or more. Please contact us or email us at ootdnewyork10@gmail.com for exchange instructions.  


5. HOW CAN I RETURN?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us or email us at oordnewyork10@gmail.com to receive a free return label. We provide one free return label for each order and any further returns will be subject to return fees. Please see our return policy here for more details. 


6. WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS?
We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders and international orders over $125. Please check our shipping policy for details. 


7. HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive updates on your order when your order is being made, packed, and/or shipped. You can also check the order status by contacting us or emailing us at ootdnewyork10@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to track your order on the courier service's website.
